Have you ever thought that you could be over exercising? Is this really something that the average user can actually do. Honestly this is actually much easier than you think to do, but the signs of whether you’re at this stage are really hard to read. What’s important, and this is really important is that you give both your body and your mind a break from all exercise for at least a month during the year. Many professional athletes swear by this and ensure that they give their bodies at least a month off during the summer where they hardly train at all. Yes its not a good idea to pig out, eat terribly, smoke and drink lots, but its a good idea to reduce your training right down to the bare minimum which could be just a simple jog a couple of times a week.
Are You Over Exercising?
Spotting your at this breaking point is very difficult, but here are some signs that that you need to stop using that pull up machine and give your body a rest.
You’re Bored With the Gym – Obviously this really depends on how much you use the gym, but if you’re one of those types of persons that use the gym every day, and suddenly you’re just bored of going to it, then maybe it’s time to think about giving yourself a break
Your Resting Heart Rate Increases – Professional athletes monitor their heart rate the whole time especially during the night for any major increases. If you’re working out every day, then it’s a really good idea that you keep an eye on your resting heart rate. If you see it suddenly jump up in the morning then maybe it’s time that you gave your body some rest.
You’re Just Plain Tired – Ever had that really tired feeling where you feel that your muscles need more time to recuperate? Maybe you have been overdoing the exercise over the last few weeks and your body needs a break to catch up with what you have been pushing it through
Your ill? – Exercising whilst you’re ill is one of those things that you need to make sure that you don’t do as your body will need as much energy to fight off your illness with the last thing that it really needs is to be doing more exercise and having to recover itself from both your workout and the illness.
The Armstrong Pull Up Program
The armstrong pullup program has been designed by Major Charles Lewis Armstrong to prepare himself as he attempted to set a new world record for the number of pull ups that can be completed in one sitting.
The program provides all that you need to help your body to build muscles over a short period of time with some users achieving amazing results in only 8 weeks. This program works around two distinct areas, regularity and stress meaning that if you take part in this program you will end up putting your body through lots of stress at least twice a day, every day, but sometime much more.
